Wonderful

Beautiful grounds and a decent size bungalow. Right on the beach and pool area was lovely. Enough sunbeds round pool and in the garden for all Very clean

Staff were not particularly welcoming and thr woman running the beach bar was quite rude sometimes. Understand she was busy but if u don't want to make cocktails, don't advertise them! She really put us off using this facility

everything was basically great for the money we spent. It's as expected and the fact that it's right next to the beach is a huge plus.

What was the highlight of Gooddays Lanta Beach Resort

Every day they cleaned our room and we got a bottle of water, the swimming pool was very useful since the waves were quite big in the sea and it was difficult to swim there. It was very peaceful and quiet since we were alnost alone there.

At this time the beach was was full of litters, therefore, we used the swimming pool more often. Difficult to find some fresh fruit to buy.

What was the highlight of Gooddays Lanta Beach Resort

Absolutely love this hotel. Definitely our favourite SEA. We extended by 7 days. The location of the hotel is incredible with the ocean literally meters away. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room is cleaned everyday if you want it to be. Water is provided for free everyday. The pool is very nice also but we prefer the sea so just swim there. The bed is very comfy and the pillows. The fan is perfect for us and the patio area with the chairs are lovely to sit and have breakfast. Would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys the beach front and spectacular sunsets.

The only thing I could fault is there no actual door for the bathroom only a curtain. This is my only criticism. Apart from this minor detail, this hotel is fabulous!

The view and arrangement of the resort: right on the beach and the bungalows have a lovely open view. The room was very confortable and big and it is a 5mn walk to the street where you’ll find all the restaurant you want. You can book tours with them and there is a dive centre right next door. The beach is beautiful and you can go for long walks if that’s your thing. Have enough of the sand? Jump in the pool!

Located directly at Long Beach & very close to 7/11, restaurants and bars. Friendly staff. Good pool. Scooter rent for 200B/day.

Cockroach in the bathroom. No bathroom door - sometimes bad smell. Many ants in the room and in bed. Very small bungalow with not much space for clothes and stuff. Many flies in the breakfast area & breakfast could be better.

Room was ok and was cleaned daily but did find a large cockroach on the morning we were leaving.

What was the highlight of Gooddays Lanta Beach Resort

Really close to all the street food markets. It took us 15min from the pair to get to the hotel at a cost of 300bht by taxi. Beach was sandy and clean. The open buffet breakfast had variety of fresh fruits. Massage was on point at 300bht for an hr. absolutely enjoyed the 3 day stay in this hotel. Also, if you would like scuba diving at Koh ha and koh rok you can ask at the reception. They will organise a whole day trip to pick you up from the hotel and drop you off back including lunch and all sort of activities for 1500bht per person.

It would of been cool if they installed temp showers by the beach to freshen up before getting to the rooms. Otherwise I can’t fault the place for any reason.

Perfect place when you like calm people and stay. Nice bungalows and great food! Beach is little rocky but with high tide its perfect to swim. Very friendly stuff. Btw Mo Bar is great on the beach!!! Not far from city.

The bungalow was large and that was the only thing. The location behind a hedge behind the pool with no view of the sea was terrible.

We had booked a bungalow with seaview and paid for the most expensive bungalow but were placed in a bungalow behind a hedge completely without seaview with no compensation at all. When we complained the reception people only laughed and we asked to get money back as this was not what we had booked. The last night we got another bungalow. The reception people were very rude and very unengaged and did not offer us any kind of compensation or any other option of bungalow. The whole place was very "dead". The restaurant closed at 8 pm and no dinner guests. Luckily it was a nice resort with a mexikan restaurant clos by. Godddays should try to learn something from them about how to keep a resort and a restaurant to get the guests to feel welcomed.

Accommodation right at the beach! For us a perfect location. The beach is really nice, whiteout rocks unlike other parts of Koh Lanta. Beach beds were available, but we saw quite a few ‘I’ll just put my hotel tower here to reserve these beds and then show up a few hours later’-kind of people ;) The room is ‘basic’: a king size bed, closet, little desk and a bathroom. Just fine for us, since we are out most of the time .

No bathroom door. We just had a curtain for a ‘door’. Basically the bathroom was just a big walk-in bathroom, which was a little strange and not so romantic ;)

The location is excellent, the resort is right next to the beach, situated at the far end of Long Beach. It’s one of the best places on the island. They have a guests only pool, the garden is also pretty nice. The staff is very helpful, breakfast is nothing special but a very nice addition.

We took the bungalow with fan and our only complaint would have been the lack of a proper door for the bathroom. The curtains provided little in terms on privacy...

Not awful, not truly wonderful

The scenery and sunsets were spectacular. It's a two minute walk onto the main street where there were lots of decent places to eat. There was a very international feel to the guests.

The air con should have been a blessing, but was sadly rather temperamental, either blowing arctic wind or not really doing anything. ..The staff looked very put out at being asked to make smoothies- totally aware this is a VERY entitled comment, but if it's truly a pain, just don't have it on the menu! Gooddays has lots going for it and we had a pefectly decent stay, we've just had much better experiences at other accommodations, for much less money.
